Ordering Instructions
  1. $6.00 minimum order.   (no minimum for junior collectors under 16 years)

  2. Make a note of the Catalog # (or Lot # if shown) for the stamps you wish to buy.

  3. Send E-mail to     and include:
    • list of catalog (or lot) numbers you want (specify singles, plate blks, zip blks, etc. & country if other than U.S.).  Email your stamp list in any of the following file types:  ASCII text, MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, or WordPerfect.
    • your name (and country, if outside USA).
    • include the word "stamp" or "stamps" in the subject line

  4. If you do not have your own email/Internet access, see "Notes" below.

  5. I will then send E-mail to notify you of the AVAILABILITY of the lots and the TOTAL PRICE. The total price includes the estimated actual shipping/packaging costs (NEVER a hidden charge - AND you get to choose the stamps used for shipping).
    These low stamp prices come with one small caveat....it could possibly take up to 2 days for us to process an order. However, we will always confirm your initial email within 24 hours. If not then please resend your email.

NOTES * Used only on #10 envelopes. These stamps 'usually' receive a hand cancel at our Thurmont, MD Post Office  Also, use of these special-service stamps may cause a 1-2 day delay in shipping since we must hand-deliver such items to the Post Office during business hours and we only trek down to the P.O. twice per week.
